Don’t wish for it. Work for it.

Staying healthy and fit takes work. There is just no easy answer. The quick fix that America tends to drift towards makes me shake my head in sadness. Nothing, I repeat NOTHING, can take the place of exercise and good nutrition. It’s just that simple. There is no secret.

It won’t happen overnight, in a week, or in a month. Getting healthy takes time and staying healthy takes the rest of your life. So instead of making excuses, start making a schedule. Keep that appointment to exercise and sweat with yourself. Treat it like a meeting with your boss. Or better yet, with me.
