What I love about Jim is that he turns any opportunity into a workout opportunity. He and Peyton were putting up Halloween decorations in the front yard yesterday and I look out the window and see him doing this!
He is so creative at finding time – even a few minutes – to do some extra work. I love that it’s just the “norm” for Peyton, too. She’s growing up watching her parents choose to make their health a priority with nutrition and exercise.
It’s not even about me half the time, it’s about her. Being a good role model is super important to us. What kinds of things can you do to be a better role model for your kids?
