Well this morning changed a few things for me when I stepped out of bed and onto my right foot in major PAIN. Hours later and with the help of my Facebook friends and their “diagnosis,” I am quite possibly dealing with Plantar Faschitis which is something I’ve never dealt with before and I’m not too happy about it possibly sidelining me.
Now don’t go getting your panties in a wad, I’ve already made my doctor’s appointment for Wednesday morning. I am not diagnosing myself from my Facebook friends’ opinions, just so you know…
However, in the meantime, I’ve decided that this may be a perfect time for a cleanse since I may not be able to workout like I want to in the next couple of weeks. So I decided I’m going to do the 3-Day Refresh starting on Monday. Never heard of the Refresh? Check out this video to find out more about it.
I’m also kicking off a new challenge group on Monday so if you’d like to join us, let me know! I know after all the Halloween madness this weekend and candy (I mean, come on, you know you’re gonna have some) I need all the help I can get!
