One of the best things about working from home as a fitness coach is being able to help so many people across the country and in Canada. I’m more than a personal trainer – I’m your accountability piece. If you aren’t checking in with my groups, then I’m gonna be checking in on you and wondering what you’ve been up to. I work with my challengers to make sure that they know exactly WHY they are pushing every day to hit their goals.
Everyone I talk to has a different goal. Some women want to lose 5 pounds and tone up. Some want to decrease their race pace and add strength training and HIIT workouts to help with their speed. Some want to lose the post-baby weight. Some just want to feel good about themselves again. That’s what is so awesome about doing this – because every need is different, every desire is different, thus every fitness story is different.
When the women I work with contact me to let me know how much they’re loving their program, how many pounds they’ve lost, how they can fit into their college jeans again, how they finally have more energy to get through the day, I immediately get giddy. The butterflies start and the overwhelming sense of pride sets in. Because they did all the work themselves – they just didn’t know they could. I remember the feeling of accomplishment I had when I got my first results. It’s something I want for every woman I work with.
Are you struggling to get where you want to go? Are you ready to follow a planned-out workout schedule, start cooking more at home, and make time for YOU? More and more women I find struggle with their weight and with their body image, but it has nothing to do with exercise and food. It has to do with self-love. The question you need to ask yourself is this, “do you love yourself enough to make a change?”
If the answer is yes, then click HERE to join my next accountability group. We start Monday, March 7th. Don’t give up on yourself or your health. You are TOTALLY worth it, girl! Can’t wait to get started on your new journey!
